Price & Transaction. The price is less than 30% of annual gross sales plus the fair market value of the FF&E  a total of $599,995.  The 2018 SDE is calculated to be approximately $230,000.00.  Based on that SDE, the asking price is 1.2x SDE plus the fair market value of the FF&E; or, 2.6x SDE, including the FF&E.

However, this price is subject to competition and negotiation; and, the seller will be flexible in consideration of simple terms and a streamlined, seamless transaction.  The business is offered as a sale of all the assets of the company, except for accounts receivable, accounts payable, materials inventory, and cash on hand.
