About Stuart Schlosser

Stuart Schlosser brings over 25 years of significant restaurant experience to the SellingRestaurants. Stuart's vast knowledge comes from having run all aspects of restaurants, both front of the house and back of the house. His experience extends to having served as chef at white-table cloth restaurant, a steak house, a cafe and a hotel's food operations, among other establishments. In addition to being an accomplished chef, Stuart was the co-founder/owner of a 13 unit Yogurt store chain, overseeing over 200 employees, responsible for new store openings, product development, operating procedures, training and overall operations. He is also owner of two sub franchises and served on the franchisor's advertising board and as Chair of its Southern California Food Council. He attended the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York. Stuart brings a valuable combination of skills to SellingRestaurants, based on experience, knowledge, intellect, integrity and honesty. Stuart is a licensed Real Estate Agent in California (01809021).
